Project Description

When our clients purchased this 1930s home in Portland’s Alameda neighborhood, it was structurally sound but burdened by a patchwork of outdated renovations that had compromised its original character.

Our renovation reconnected the home’s living spaces, expanded the kitchen and dining area, and introduced a contemporary design that feels at home within both the historic house and its neighborhood.

Green Hammer is...an amazing team to work with. I have a ton of admiration for how much care they take in doing their jobs and how well they do it.
