The restaurant Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen, located in Concourse E of the Portland International Airport, invites on-the-go travelers to stop and enjoy healthy food.

Project Description

Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen is a family-owned business serving locally sourced, healthy food. We share Bambuza’s values of integrity and stewardship and were excited to work with them on the tenant improvements for their restaurant in Concourse E of the award-winning Portland International Airport. 

We built out the space, which was designed by Neil Lee at LEEKA Architecture & Planning. Collaborating with interior designer Dyer Studio. We incorporated decorative salvaged wood door panels and other creative reuses of salvaged materials into the restaurant, matching the casual yet authentic menu.
