Rick joined the Green Hammer team in late Summer of 2018 after displaying an aptitude for working with his hands through a temp agency that Green Hammer engaged.  His ability to learn quickly and team-focused approach swiftly moved Rick from Laborer to Carpenter.  

Rick notes that the camaraderie and helpful demeanor of the field crew drew him to work for Green Hammer. 

A native of Oregon, Rick enjoys spending his free time outside of work on fishing adventures with his three children.
