BackMaise Schreiber
As the Director of Finance for Green Hammer, Maise serves as a key member of the company’s leadership team. Since joining our company in 2014, Maise has been instrumental in developing and implementing effective processes that allow us to track progress and measure our social, environmental and financial performance. She is also committed to transparency and education, which drives our entire team to want to better understand how to contribute to our company’s financial success.
With a Bachelors of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Finance, Maise brings a passion for problem solving and for human connection. As the Human Resources lead and member of our Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) committee, Maise has been influential in creating a company culture rooted in trust and inclusivity. Under her leadership, the Green Hammer Administration Team has doubled, enabling the company to focus on developing policies focused on creating a more diverse workforce at Green Hammer. With a focus on JEDI, Maise has led her team in the development of company processes and policies such as Best Hiring Practices for removing bias in the hiring process and expanding our network from which we can recruit new employees.
In addition to bringing more than 17 years of experience in accounting, project coordination, and human resources to our team, she has an unwavering dedication to both our company and our staff. She says she loves working at Green Hammer because of the deep care staff show for clients and for one another. “We all take pride in making sure our clients are happy and achieve their goals.”
In her free time, Maise enjoys exploring new places on foot or by car, all while avoiding the many tall and scary bridges in our region.
