Lizbeth is a construction professional with over 15 years of experience across public works—including K–12 and higher education institutions—as well as commercial and residential projects. Since 2008, she has built a reputation for leading collaborative teams, approaching challenges with positivity, and resolving conflicts in ways that keep projects aligned and moving forward. She is recognized for delivering thoughtful, community-centered spaces that reflect the needs of the people they serve.
A passion for community and the importance of inclusivity are central to Lizbeth’s work, supported by a strong sustainability-focused lens that guides decision-making from early design through construction. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, long-term impact, and creating environments that support both people and place.
Raised by Mexican immigrant parents who owned small businesses, Lizbeth developed a strong work ethic early on and a deep appreciation for building up and supporting the community through her work.
Outside of work, Lizbeth enjoys live music and spending time with her family and dogs.
