A registered architect in Oregon, Washington and New York, he combines technical expertise with a passion for creating spaces that not only meet the needs of clients but also contribute positively to their environments.

Jonathan, co-director of our design team, has dedicated his career to advancing sustainable design. As a Certified Passive House Consultant, he specializes in developing buildings that maximize energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and foster healthy indoor environments. His commitment to design has earned him an AIA New York Design Citation Award, publication in Architectural Digest, and an Earth Advantage Zero Energy Project of the Year award, highlighting his ability to blend aesthetic appeal with ecological responsibility.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has successfully completed a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from residential homes and multifamily developments to libraries, education, hospitality and commercial developments. His approach integrates the latest advancements in building technologies with a deep understanding of local contexts and community needs, ensuring that every project is both functional and inspiring.
