Born and raised in Troutdale, Oregon, Jordan started his path to the construction industry through a high school training program and never looked back. His time in the Navy allowed him to refine his carpentry skills before delving into civil engineering studies. Upon returning to construction, Jordan dove into learning a wide range of building trades demonstrating his passion and dedication to the field. “I wanted to learn and understand every trade and every aspect of buildings from start to completion,” he says.

In his role as our residential superintendent, Jordan orchestrates project schedules, upholds our stringent quality standards, and fosters strong relationships with our trade partners. With a diverse background spanning various construction companies, Jordan brings a rich background of experience, technical prowess, and interpersonal skills to our team. 

Joining Green Hammer's sustainable design-build practice is a natural fit for Jordan, aligning perfectly with his passion for building science and energy-efficient construction. Eager to immerse himself in our innovative approach, he looks forward to contributing firsthand to our reputation for delivering airtight, super energy-efficient, healthy buildings.

For Jordan, the most rewarding aspect of his work is witnessing the joy on clients' faces as they move into their new homes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family and indulging in his love for metalworking.
